Ik heb een programma waarvan ik vermoedde dat er malware in zat laten controleren door meerdere AV's. Uit de resultaten hieronder blijkt dat een aantal programma's niet vindt wat ze zouden moeten vinden als de virusdefinities goed zitten. Om valse AV's zoals hieronder in de lijst te verwijderen is het dus belangrijk dat je een goed programma kiest.

Een aantal gerenommeerde AV's zoals avast!, avg, kaspersky, McAfee en Microsoft gaan hier alvast de mist in...

Wat in het onderstaande voorbeeld ( o.a. gekend als Trojan/Win32.Pakes ) ontdekt wordt is volgens vele bronnen een serieus risico. Meer info vind je op spyware database
